Refund and Cancellation Policy

At d'frens, we aim to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our service offerings, certain restrictions apply.
1. Workshops & Consulting Services
Cancellations more than 7 business days in advance are eligible for a full refund (minus admin charges).
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
2. Digital Products / Online Programs
No refunds once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Direct B2C Programs or Events
All individual registrations for direct B2C programs or events are non-refundable.
A one-time transfer to another participant or an alternate program date may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund or reschedule:

- • Include transaction details and the reason for the request
- • Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 30 business days
5. Service Provider Clause (No Refunds)
Due to the nature of service-based offerings:
- • No Refund / No Cancellation will be entertained once payment has been made.
- • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 to 30 days
