The Challenge
India’s first online-only school had laid out its expansion plans to revolutionize the field of education. But a big concern was bringing together its growing workforce in a way that aligned them with the visionary purpose and helped them evolve with the aims of the organization.
How could the organization not only attract and retain the best talent but also unite its employees, all in a completely remote setting?
Our Approach
We understood for the organization to successfully grow as per plans, it needed to attract and retain the best talent. And empower them with a sense of purpose while fulfilling all their needs and wants. For this, it was crucial to build an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that spoke to the talent and instilled in them the drive to work for the organization for the long haul.
We did this by executing the following process while being mindful of the remote setup:
